A young Army private seeks permission from his commanding officer to leave camp the following weekend.\n
\u201cYou see,\u201d he explains, \u201cmy wife\u2019s expecting.\u201d\n \u201cI understand,\u201d the officer tells him.\n \u201cYou go, and tell your wife that I wish her luck.\u201d\n The following week the same soldier is back again with the same explanation: \u201cMy wife\u2019s expecting.\u201d\n The officer looks surprised, \u201cStill expecting?\u201d asks.\n “Well, well, my boy, you must be pretty bothered.
